Answer» SOLUTION :Polyesters and polyacrylates are different types of polymers and differ in the following characteristics : (i) Polyacrylates are homopolymers while the polyesters are co-polymers in nature (ii) The MODE of synthesis of polyacrylates is addition polymerisation while that of polyesters is condensation polymerisation.
