For a CONVEX Mirror,

=> h = 5cm

=> u = -10CM

=> R = +30cm

=> f = +15cm

=> v = ?

=> h' = ?

Thus by mirror formula

=> 1/f = 1/u + 1/v

=> 1/v = 1/f - 1/u

=> 1/v = 1/15 + 1/10

=> 1/v = 5/30

=> v = + 6cm

=> m = -v/u

=> m = -6/-10

=> m = +0.6

Thus the IMAGE will be virtual, erect and diminished.

Also, m = h'/h

=> 0.6 = h'/5

=> h' = +3CM

Thus the image will be formed 3cm from the mirror.
