Answer» ur answerRemember, electrolysis DEPENDS on controlling the voltage and current. Even if it were current-limited, alternating current (AC) would not be APPROPRIATE for electrolysis. Because the "CATHODE" and "ANODE" are CONSTANTLY switching places, AC produces explosive mixtures of hydrogen and oxygen. |
