Answer» As the theft was discovered exactly after half an hour and speed of thief's CAR is 60 kmph so when the owner sets off the thief WOULD be at 30 km We have distance = 30 km Now both cars moving in same DIRECTION so the speeds will get subtracted = 75 - 60 = 15 kmph we have speed 15kmph, distance 30 km time = distance / speed = 30/15 = 2 hours Owner will reach thief exactly after 2 hours
