PERIMETER of a square piece of paper =24=4×side of the square=>side of the square =6cm. Area of the square piece of paper =6cm×6cm=36cm^2.So area of left piece of paper=Area of rectangle-Area of square=168cm^2-36cm^2=132cm^2.
