A’s house worth=10000

He sells it to B at 15% profit=10000*115/100

=11500 Rs.

B sells back to A at 15% loss=11500*85/100

=115*85

=9775 Rs.

Gain/Loss=10000–9775

=225

Total profit=1500+225

=1725

Profit %=1725*100/10000

=1725/100

=17.25%
