Answer» FINAL Answer : => For stable position /Proper Balancing : Our Line of Centre of Gravity must TRY to intersect the Base Support (here area on which our foot is PLACED) => When we try to with our Right shoulder and right LEG in contact with the WALL, and trying to lift our left leg up then our line of Centre of gravity moves away from the base support. This makes us in unstable position, unless we move our body away from the wall. |
