This is the Japanese secret to lead a happy life. This book is really awesome. It's shows how to find your ikigai i.e) how to find your passion and how to lead your life peacefully with that passion. It also describes some of the centanarians who lead their life happily EVEN in their old age. It is really a stress buster book. If u have time please do read this book.
