Solution:

• First find RADIUS :

=> Circumference = 22

=> 2πr = 22

=> r = 22/2×7/22

=> r = 7/2 m

Radius = 7/2 m

• As we KNOW that ,

• CSA of cylinder = 2πrh

=> CSA of cylinder = 2(22/7)(7/2)(3)

=> CSA of cylinder = 22×3

=> CSA of cylinder= 66 sq. m
