Solution :Cloth lack general ACCEPTABILITY whereas money is commonly accepted as a medium of exchange. With the USE of money, the employess can purchase any good and service at any POINT of time. MOREOVER,money SOLVES the barter's problem of lack of double coincidence of wants. That is why employees want compensation in cash , not in kind.
