Answer» AREA of iron SHEET used = surface area of the iron TANK T.S.A of the tank = 2(lb+bh+lh) =2(12×9+9×4+12×4) =2(108+36+48) =2(192)=384 m² Area of iron sheet used =2×length =384 m² length of iron sheet used =192m Cost = 192×5 =960 Rs So , building the tank will cost 960 Rs |
