Final velocity=0
Distance covered=3cm=0.03m

So,using the FORMULA v^2=u^2-2as
We have
0=(300)^2-2a(0.03)
Or 0.06a=90000
=> a=90000/0.06
=> a= 1500000m/s^2.

So force =mass times ACCELERATION
=(0.02kg)(1500000)
=30000N
