Answer»

Question :-

→ Two forces F1 and F2 of magnitude 20N and 10 N respectively, are acting on a body of MASS 5 kg

opposite direction, then acceleration in the body is-

Answer :-

→ Acceleration in body is \sf\:  2\: \:  \frac{m}{s^2}

→ Option (C) is correct .

To Find :-

→ Acceleration in the body

Solution :-

We have ,

  • \sf\:  F_1 = 20 N

  • \sf\:  F_2 = 10 N

Now ,

→ Resultant force (F) = \sf\:  F_1 - F_2

→ F = 20 - 10 N

→ F = 10 N ,

°•° acceleration (a) = ? ,m = 5 kg

HENCE ,we know that

\sf\:  F=  m a

\sf\:  a= \frac{F}{m}

\sf\:  a = \frac{10}{5}

\sf\:  a = 2 \: \: \frac{m}{s^2}

Hence , acceleration in body is \sf\:  2 \: \: \frac{m}{s^2}
