since PR is the bisector of angle APQ , so angle APQ = 2× RPQ = 2*38 = 76°

now angle PQD + 104° = 180°.. ( linear pair)

so angle PQD = 180° -104° = 76°

and since angle PQD = APQ , so, we can say that they form an alternate interior angle pair..Hence AB || CD
