put value of x= 4/3

then,

6(4/3)³-11(4/3)²+k 4/3-20=0

=>6 × 64/27. - 11×16/9+4/3k -20=0

=>128/9 - 176/9 + 4/3k -20=0

=>(128-176+12k-180)=0

=>(128-356+12k)=0

=>12k=228

=>k=228/12

=>k=19
