7th terma + 6d = 34........ (1)

12th terma + 11d = 64......(2)

eq(2) - eq(1)(a+11d) - (a+6d) = 5d5d = 64-34 = 30d = 6

Put value of d in eq(1)a + 6*6 = 34a = -2 Therefore, 10th term = a + 9d = -2 + 10*6 = 58
