The weight of bucket when filled with water is actually the weight of the bucket and the weight of the water together. In both 3/5 and 4/5 cases weight of the bucket is constant, let it be x.Weight wen filed till 3/5: x+ weight of 3 parts ( each part 1/5 of the total capacity) of water. Let that be x+3y. It is 15kg.Similarly in the 4/5 case, the equation would be x+4y=19kg.Now, to the solving part,x+3y=15x= 15-3y.Now substitute this in the second equation,x+4y= 15-3y+4y=19.15+y=19.y= 4.That is, one part of water weighs 4kg. Similarly frm the equation you'll get x, the weight of the bucket to be 3kg.Now when filled to capacity the weight will be weight of the bucket and weight of five parts (full is5/5) of water: 3+4*5=23.

Let the weight of container be X and 1/5 capacity of water be y

According to Givenx + 3y = 15kg _________(1)x + 4y = 19kg _________(2)

Subtract (1) from (2) x + 4y = 19kg - x + 3y = 15kg--------------------------- y = 4kg _________(3)

Total capacity of water = 1/5 * 5 = 5yTotal weight of container full of water = x + 5y= x + 4y + y. [ From (2) and (3) ]= 19kg + 4kg= 23kg

Ans : 23kg

according to aclasses's trick

bucket wt when. fill15kg. 3/5th19kg. 4/5th19-15=4. 4-3/5 = 1/5th

4+19=23. 1/5+4/5 =5/5 or fullanswer is 23kg

23 kg is the correct weight

67/12 is right answer hoga

the weight of bucket when filled with water is actually let it be x .

23 kg is the correct answer to this question .

y=4 3+4*5=23answer h

this question answer23 kg hoga

23kg your Questions answer

23kg is the correct answer of this question.

19 kg weight when filled 4/515 kg wt when filled 3/54 kg water wt = 4/5-3/5= 1/51/5 part wt = 4kg1 part water wt = 20 kg

let wt of bucket be x because in both case wt of bucket included4/5-3/5= 1/5 let 1/5 wt of water be yx+3y=15-----(1)x+4y=19--++(2)by substrate -y= - 4y=4total capacity = 1/5×5=5yso x+5y{since x+4y= 19)x+4y+y= 19+4= 23 kg

23kg is the right answer

answer is 23 kilogram

23kg is the right answer to this question

23 kg will be the correct answer

Let the weight of empty bucket be 'x' and the weight of the water the bucket can hold to its full capacity be 'y' According to the first condition, x +3/5 y=15 1)According to the second condition, x+4/5 y=19 2)Multiplying equation 1) by 5 as well as equation 2) by 5,we get 5x+ 3y=75 3)5x + 4y=95 4)Subtracting equation 3 and 4 we get 5x+3y=755x+4y=95___________y=20substituting this value of y in equation 35x+3y=755x+3(20)=755x+60=755x=75-605x=15×=15/5×=3for finding the weight of the water filled in the bucket we will have to add the value of x and ytherefore x+y=3+20=23kgTherefore the weight of the bucket when it is completely filled with water is 23kg

23kg is the right answer

23 kg is the correct weight
