The Writers in Schools scheme part-funds visits by writers and storytellers to primary and post-primary schools in the Republic of Ireland (funded by The Arts Council) and Northern Ireland (funded by Arts Council Northern Ireland).

Todays day was the most memorable day for me. There was an debate competition held in our school. I have participated in it. The topic was swach bharat abhiyan. I have said so many things about it. And finally the results were out. There were many students who have participated. Now it was the time for announcement of prize. And I was so happy to know that I have got the first position. All the judges were impressed by me for my vocabularies. I was very happy because it was the first time I have participated in such a competition. I have prepared my best and gave my best and left the rest things to be handled by God. I am so happy and all the teachers and my frnds were also happy. All congratulated me. I was very much happy that I have got the first prize
