  • Value of machine after two years:

Value of machine after 1 year=₹(162000-16200)

= ₹1,45,800

Value of depreciation =\frac{10}{100}×{145800}

= ₹14,580

Value of machine after 2 years=₹(145800-14580)

= ₹1,31,220

  • Value of machine two years ago:

let value of machine 1 year ago be ₹'x'
