Let, the basic price of the VCR = Rs. x

(ASSUME, x as a variable to do the further mathematical calculations.)

GST amount on the basic price = ( x × 10/100) = Rs. x/10

Final price (inclusive GST) = (x + x/10) = Rs. 11x/10

Now, if we compare the VALUES of the final PRICES, we will get the following mathematical equation,

11x/10 = 13530

x = 13530 × 10/11

x = 12300

Hence, the basic price of the VCR is Rs. 12300
